To transfer your current prescription to SmartWoman Rx, all you need to do is enroll online or call us toll free at 1-866-376-6523 and give us some information. The fastest way to enroll is over the internet. When your account has been established (and our pharmacy has your prescription information) your first order will ship in about a week. Standard deliveries are sent first class mail, free of charge. Or, you can have your pills sent overnight delivery for an additional $19 per shipment. The amount of money you'll save depends on the price of your current birth control pills and which pills you purchase through SmartWoman Rx. Please note that this chart is based on purchasing Levlen at $13 per pack -3 months at a time, over 12 months, based on 13 cycles per year. To get the lowest price on your pills, order 3 months worth at a time and save a $1 extra per pack. Back to Top Is there an enrollment fee for SmartWoman Rx? No. Unlike other prescription by mail services, SmartWoman Rx has no membership fee. There is a small processing fee, just 90 cents per order (not per pill pack). We save you money by offering you low prices on brand name pills and FREE standard first class mail delivery. Back to Top How many months of pills can I get at a time? For your convenience, you can order your pills 1, 2 or 3 pack(s) at a time. To get the lowest possible price on your pills, order 3 packs at a time and save a $1 extra per pack. Or you can choose to have your pills sent overnight delivery by FedEx for an additional $19 per shipment. Be sure to check whichever option you prefer on your enrollment form. Back to Top Can I get my pills shipped to a different destination if I need to? Absolutely. Whenever you re-order, you can update shipping information as necessary. If for some reason you get caught without your pills, we can overnight a replacement pack to you anywhere in the U.S. (incl. HI, AK) and Puerto Rico for an additional charge of $19, plus the price of the pills and processing fee. Back to Top How do I order my refills? Whenever you get a shipment of pills in the mail, we'll include a reorder sticker on the case. When you need to refill your prescription, just give us a call at 1-866-OC-SAVE-1. Remember, it takes a couple of days to process your order-plus shipping time. Plan accordingly so you don't run out. When your prescription runs out, you'll need to renew your prescription with your healthcare professional. Why do you need to know my birth date? The pharmacy requires that we ask for your birthday so that it can file it with your medical information. Like all of the information that you provide SmartWoman Rx, it's completely confidential. Why do I have to wait to sign my enrollment form before I can start receiving my prescription? In order to follow patient privacy regulations, we are required to have your signature before we can enroll you into the SmartWoman Rx program. When enrolling online, you are required to "Accept" the program's Legal Terms in order to complete enrollment. The information that you provide SmartWoman Rx will only be used for program administration and anonymous market research and for no other reason.
